Wasatch Jr. High student Daniella Selguera noticed that the maps painted on the asphalt of the playground at Mill Creek Elementary were showing obvious signs of age and wear.
Daniella and her family took it upon themselves to repaint the maps for current and future students at Mill Creek. Over the course of three days, the Selguera family cleaned, sprayed, planned out, and painted the area. The results of their hard work are two vibrant maps – one of Utah and its counties, and a large map of the United States.
