Free Mental Health Screenings for Depression and Anxiety

Free and confidential mental health screenings for depression and anxiety are available for students ages 12-18 at the Parent Resource Night. 

Please schedule a 20-minute appointment using this link or call 385-646-4645 if you have concerns about your child’s mental health wellbeing. 

As part of the screening process, results and resources will be discussed with student and parent. Parent and student must attend. Interpreters will be available upon request. 

Screenings are available by appointment only from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
