Each week, it’s such a pleasure to stop by one of our 84 schools and recognize a deserving educator. This week, we visited the home of the bulldogs, Olympus Jr High, to provide some very special gifts to Denise Shuman. Principal Anderson nominated Denise:

“Denise is not the kind of teacher looking for accolades, and this will probably embarrass her. She is a hard working, diligent and kind teacher. She is a quite leader and has good insight into situations. She uses a variety of teaching strategies and engages students in learning. Her classroom is a calm and inviting place for learning.”
