We went out to Taylorsville to visit Bennion Elementary to recognize the hard work of Laurel Beecher! We are so grateful for educators like her who make all the difference in our schools. Here’s Laurel’s nomination from her principal:

“Laurel is an amazing teacher in 1st grade! She has really high engagement and scaffolds [students] so that they can be successful while working independently. Laurel keeps data on her students, brings them to SST, works well with the aides that are supporting her students, and uses her PLC time to discuss student data and their progress. We love Laurel and are so thankful that she is part of our Bennion family and community.”
