Salt Lake County Library Cards for Granite School District Students and Teachers
Lynda.com is just one of many databases and resources available to Salt Lake County Library card holders. Library cards are free and easy to obtain for both students and teachers in Granite School District.
For Students
All students in Granite School District can obtain a Student Library Card without parent or guardian signature. These cards provide students with access to all the online resources provided by the library, in-library computer use, and limited but fine-less check out abilities. You can find more information about the student library cards here. With a parent or guardian signature, students can also obtain a traditional library card with unlimited check out rights.
For Teachers
Because they work to support students in Salt Lake County, educators employed by Granite School District who reside outside of Salt Lake County can still obtain a free Salt Lake County Library card by visiting a library branch and showing their district ID or other evidence that they are a teacher in Granite School District. Teachers and others who reside in Salt Lake County can also apply for a free library card online here.
