Each week we add new ebooks and audiobooks in Sora, Granite’s digital library for students and teachers, as well as curate collections of new and featured titles in the Explore area. We also share printable and sharable posters for some of these collections on granitemedia.org, our sister site for Granite’s school libraries.

Black History Month 2021 Collections
This year for Black History Month we’ve added or updated these collections of ebooks and audiobooks in Granite’s Sora:
These collections are added to the other #ownvoices collections and posters we’ve been curating in Sora throughout this school year.
We’ve also created these Black Voices, Black Excellence posters which can be downloaded and printed for display in libraries and classrooms, or shared digitally on websites and social media.
Best Books of 2020
In our Best of 2020 collection we feature award winning children’s and young adult books from 2020.
Going along with the collection in Sora, we’ve created these printable and digitally sharable posters showcasing many of the winners and honors of the 2021 ALA Youth Media Awards. You can find them here.
We’ve compiled links to many of the awards and best-of lists in this Best Books of 2020 blog post on granitemedia.org.
Mind-Melting Sci-Fi and Fantasy
In January we created Sora collections focusing on recent releases in science fiction and fantasy for kids and young adults, and designed vibrant posters to go along with them. Click the links below to browse the collections in Sora, or download the posters here.
