Thanks to all those who participated in Granite District’s November 2015 Twitter Chat. The response and participation in the first ever Granite Twitter Chat was amazing! There were 95 educators from 40 different schools around the district who participated.
We would like to invite any interested faculty members in Granite School District to participate in December’s Twitter Chat. We are very excited about the topic and can’t wait to see the amazing sharing that will take place between Granite teachers. For the month of December, each Granite teacher who participates in the twitter chat will have their name placed in a drawing where they will have the chance at winning 6 Chromebook given to their classroom for student use.

Twitter Tip: Check out this blog post on TweetDeck. Tweetdeck is customizable, multi-column interface for Twitter that makes it easy to follow twitter chats, hashtags, or events as they happen in real time. Users can set up as many columns as they choose, showing not only the regular timeline of updates from people they follow, but also hashtags or other search results, twitter lists, notifications, and much more.
