Granite School District strives for continual improvement. Each school and district department strives to meet our Board of Education’s charge and responsibility of having students leave us prepared for college, career and life in the 21st Century World. We strive to reach our Board of Education’s goals to increase achievement for every student, and enrich and increase parent and community engagement.
Schools conduct needs assessments, receive stakeholder input, set meaningfully goals, incorporate evidence-based strategies to meet these goals, and align funding sources and human capital to facilitate this continual improvement. Granite District monitors progress at all levels, including our District Report Card: USBE Granite School District profile. These data inform progress in reaching our Board’s charge and outlined goals.
How you can be involved
Parent input is crucial to success in every school. We invite parents to be involved in their local school Community Council, PTA, or to reach out to your child’s school to find out additional ways you can be involved.
