Federal Education Agreement

Pursuant to Utah Code 53E-3-804, Granite School District, shall ensure compliance that approval has been obtained from the Governor if the LEA seeks to obtain and receive federal education funds via an LEA-written grant application or an LEA-specific agreement.

Highly Qualified Assurances

• Granite School District ensures that all teachers working in a Title I program meet State licensure requirements.
• Granite School District ensures that all paraprofessionals working in a Title I program are highly qualified as required by ESEA.
• Granite School District has a professional development plan, The Granite Way, for all of its schools to build teacher capacity in providing high quality instruction.
