Only the Director of Purchasing or the Warehouse Supervisor is authorized to sell or trade District surplus property.

Internal transfer of property is also accomplished via the publicsurplus.com website. Teachers and district staff may view these internal auctions. Teachers and district staff are to contact their principal to request that the principal claim the property. Principals can register using the instructions below to claim property that is available for redistribution.

Schools wishing to preview available surplus items are encouraged to call the Granite Purchasing Warehouse, 385-646-4286. Appointments can be scheduled. Normal walk through hours for schools are Thursdays from noon to 3:00pm.
